Renny is a 9 month old neutered male, black lab cross. Renny was originally adopted as a puppy and was just a sweetheart. He was placed with a family with small children and a kitten and did great with them. They had changed his name to Jake but we changed it back as we simply cannot call another dog Jake (we have had 9 of them). Renny is now being returned because he chews a lot and the family didn't have the time to spend with him that they thought they would. In fostercare, Renny is in a kennel when they are at work and not left in the yard unattended to get into things. Renny is very sweet natured and really wants to please. He hasn't been around other dogs much and is now enjoying playing with other dogs. At first he was intimidated but now has learned how to play. Having another dog to play with really helps keep Renny active and keeps his mind off chewing. So far Renny has not chewed anything inappropriate in his foster home and they are under construction at their house and he is doing great!!! At 9 months we think Renny is very calm and a lower key lab. He is great off leash on trails and is learning how to go for rides in the car and enjoying getting out doing stuff. This is a great smaller lab with a sweet disposition. Renny is soft minded and it doesn't take much to correct him. Ren is not your usual hard driving lab. He is a snuggler and just as dear as can be!!!
