November 15, 2004:  Rickie and Odie are 11 week old Golden Retriever/Cocker crosses.  They are slightly smaller than Halo and Rose.  Rickie is all gold and Odie has cute white sox and a white blaze on his nose.  Odie had some extra tearing under his eyes and while under for his neuter, he had his tearducts flushed and all is fine, (it's the cocker in him).  These boys were sold to the same pet store as Halo and Odie.  GRRF got them so we could neuter them and make sure they got the right homes and ones that were truly prepared for a puppy and all the responsibility and time involved. 

Both boys were very shy at first but being around Halo and Rose--the two outgoing girls--has done wonders.  Within days both boys are very active, loving and adore being handled.  They are learning the beginnings of crate training and housebreaking.  Odie is slightly bossier and Rickie is just content to be held.  Both boys are a dream to be around and enjoy playing with other dogs too.  Their tails just never stop wagging but they are soft minded and will need homes that are not to strict or loud in corrections.  Positive reenforcement has done wonders with these too cuties and we are very pround and pleased with them.
