POLLY

   Polly is a 5 yr old, spayed female, Lab/Husky cross.  Polly was originally from the Animal Shelter a few years ago found as a stray with a terribly injured paw that was caught in a trap.  GRRF got Polly out and Dr. Maddux from Aurora Animal Clinic did surgery on her and Polly was just the best patient to work on.  Polly was adopted to a very nice couple and then they adopted Crash now Chance 6 months later.  Now the couple has since separated and situations have changed and neither can keep the dogs.  We never saw this coming as these folks adored these dogs.  Polly has been to obedience class.  Polly likes to be the only dog but she gets along with Chance because he is so easy going.  Polly adores people and is wonderful in the house.  Her shorten front leg does not slow her down in the least.  Polly has just had a full vet workup to include bloodwork, radiographs of her chest and abdomen and all is completely normal.  Polly is in great shape and one of my all time favorite fosters.
