5/30/07 Kali is a 10 month old Labrador/German Shep. cross.  She is spayed, microchipped, tattooed and her hips have been x-rayed and are fine. Kali was originally from the local Animal Shelter where a young lady adopted her.  Kali was her first dog but due to her long work schedule, Kali was crated for long periods at a time.  She relinquished Kali knowing she needed more attention and time.  Kali was then adopted by GRRF to  very nice family that taught her a lot.  Kali has very good house manners and loves to play with other dogs.  Things were going well but Kali enjoyed playing a little too much with the older dog and just wouldn't let him rest.  They just were not a good match and Kali started to dart next door to play with that dog.  They sadly returned Kali and she had a bit of difficult time.  She waited for them to return by the back gate and would not play with other dogs.  Kali received lots of attention and she finally came around due to the loving and fun environment of her fosterparents Jerry and Andra and their dogs.  Kali enjoys long evening walks and is doing very well off leash. Andra is a dog trainer so Kali has learned more obedience and is very bright and well behaved.  Kali has grown into a stunning dog with lots of loyalty and devotion to give.
