11/20/07 Jazz is a 10 year young, purebred yellow Labrador Retriever.  He is neutered and has had an extensive Veterinary workup.  Jazz was relinquished by a very nice family that has had him his whole life.   Due to severe allergies of one of the family members a new placement is needed for Jazz.  Jazz has been well loved and raised.  He has impeccable manners and is very well trained.  He loves to carry things for you.  He will help carry in the groceries or your purse, get your slippers  and bring you his food dish at meal time.  Jazz is very calm and laid back.  He is very quiet and easy going.  He loves to retrieve but is about the calmest Lab we have ever meant!  He is a large Lab at 92 pounds.  He Veterinary work up was all good and normal.  His hips are very good on x-ray. He had three large lipomas (noncanerous fatty tumors) removed and are all healed now.  We are looking for a very special home to deserve this very special dog.

His foster family simply adores this dog but he would be happiest in a home without a lot of other dogs coming and going.  He is good with other dogs but can be a bit bossy at first just to set up his personal space.  He plays with people but will not play with other dogs.  He is a people dog and loves to go for a walk and ride in the car.
