   Haley is a 4 1/2 yr old spayed female, Golden Retriever.  Her owners had some extenuating events develop and they very reluctantly and sadly had to place Haley.  She has been well cared for, trained and loved.  Haley is very sweet natured and everything a golden should be.  She adores children and craves attention.  Her vet check went well with her bloodwork all normal but x-rays show that Haley does have some hip dysplasia but does not require surgery at this time.  Her new owners will have to keep her slightly leaner and keep up with moderate exercise and watch for any signs of arthritis later in her life.  As of now she is happy and very playful and shows no signs. 

  11/22/06  Haley is on trial with a family from Anchorage that has been waiting for a golden just like her.  Their friends are big golden fanciers and this family has babysat their golden as often as they can.  Dr. Mersch, DVM and his lovely wife Pam drove Haley to her new home and delivered her.  All is going very well and Haley participated in a neighborhood "Turkey Trot" on Thanksgiving.  She is doing very well on trial with this family and they adore her.
