11/27/07 Chloe was sadly returned to GRRF right before Christmas.  She has learned to run to the road off her owners property.  They realized they weren't home enough for her and couldn't fence in their property.  Chloe does listen well and is good off leash when within eyesight.  They have exercised her well and she is a very fit and healthy dog.  Chloe's old habits of stealing food was quickly trained out of her.  She is very good in the house and her owners did not leave food out for her to get.  They had two small children that Chloe was fabulous with.  She is also great with other animals, dogs, cats, horses and other livestock.  Chloe loves to play fetch and is happiest with a toy in her mouth.  The transformation of Chloe is remarkable.  She is calm, but playful and very well mannered.  They did do a great job with her but live just too close to a very busy street.  She is very beautiful chocolate Lab with loads of love to offer!!

3/19/07  Chloe is a 8 year young, purebred chocolate Labrador Retriever.  She is spayed and has had her hips x-rayed and they look great.  Chloe was relinquished by her owner who purchased her as a pup from a local breeder.  He was moving out of town and decided not to take Chloe but did take the families other dog.  Chloe has the bad habit of stealing food or as we like to call it "counter surfing".  She is a "LAB" and is very food motivated.  She is learning to "leave it" and is doing much better.  Chloe is a very sweet and loving lab with lots to offer.  She is active, playful and acts more like a 2 year old than her mature 8 years.  Chloe is bit of a clown as well and is sure to keep a new owner entertained.  Chloe gets along well with other pets and adores all people.
