Faith is the smallest light yellow puppy and is a big pushover. She loves attention but is not the bravest pup. She just rolls over and bares her belly for anything. She is incredibly endearing. October 8, 2004: These cuties are 8 week old Lab puppies. Their owner relinquished them to GRRF. They had gotten their mother, Sasha an 18 month old black Lab with AKC papers from an ad in the newspaper and she came already pregnant. Sasha is a very beautiful and dear black lab. She was a wonderful mom to seven puppies. The owners are keeping two pups one yellow male and the only black pup a female. GRRF is assisting them in getting the siblings spayed/neutered and mom spayed in 2 weeks and getting her hip x-rayed too. The owners had tried to place two puppies but got them returned and realized how much work was involved. They worried about being able to find very good homes for the puppies that they had taken very good care of for the past 8 weeks. They also realized how much work seven puppies can be. They need to be commended for the exceptional care they took of these puppies. These are very clean and very social puppies. They have been in the house and are used to sounds and love people!!! Charlie is the only male we have and he is the biggest. Charlie is an even-keel pup with an easygoing attitude. Roxy and Ritz are the small dark yellow pups and very difficult to tell apart. They are the "wonder twins" and are the most outgoing and playful. Faye is the largest female with the lightest yellow coat. She is very easy and just wants to play and get along. All of the pups have had a complete Vet. check, had their first vaccine and are wormed. They will be spayed and neutered next week and will then be available for adoption.
